Too Complicated.
"I think it is complicated for a washing machine. If I had known how awful the instructions would be I would not have bought it. Some of the owners had to go to Utube to get to know how to do the most simple things. I still haven't used all the functions after several weeks"

Good mid range washer for a large family
"This is a good quality machine. We have purchased Hoover washers before and been pleased how long they last. As a family of seven the machine gets heavy use and copes well. This time we went for the larger drum and honestly I wish we had opted for this sooner. It makes a big difference not only to the less frequency of loads, but the results are cleaner and fresher too. The price was comparable to other sites and it is easy to install yourself. If you were having it in a kitchen rather than tucked away in a utility it does look a smart machine too. The Wi-Fi is a gimmick that we will never use, I hope this technological addition to their range doesn’t become the thing that fails, this would be a shame. Wi-Fi is not needed, the less tech the less to go wrong! Time will tell."
