Good but child lock is misleading
"It’s really nice however if you’re using the child lock, it only locks the control panel and not the on/off button. Once you select off during a cycle it stops and clears the session which makes the child lock redundant."

"Great service from AO - delivery was smooth and kept informed. AO delivery and installation team were polite professional and treated my property with respect.
As for the washer dryer - my old LG washer dryer that this replaced had lasted 10+ years so was a no brainer to stick to the same make. This upgrade doesn’t disappoint. It’s so quiet I don’t even know it’s on. My clothes are clean and fresh and the choice of programmes is great. The THINQ app seems a bit of a quirk but I do enjoy using the app with the machine.
I’d wholly recommend LG and AO.
