"We've only had this a couple of weeks. but it's almost magical compared ot our old machine. The AI wash is amazing - just gets on with it without needing me to do anything. And the drying cycle does the same! (Must devote some time to deactivating the tune it plays when it's finished though - it's driving the cat mad!)"

"Product is good have done about 10 loads of washing so far. Great that it can take up to 11kg. Dial is easy to use compared to the Samsungs which are more touch screen focused.
The app works well too and notifies you when washing cycles are finished.
It is noisier than you think but nothing like the old machine. I wouldn’t recommend for open plan living but if you have a utility room then fine.
Main downside is the tumble drier - while this works well and seems efficient, there is a small drying turbine in it that produces an annoying sound - it isn’t loud but more to do with the pitch. "
