Good machine for family

"Product is good have done about 10 loads of washing so far. Great that it can take up to 11kg. Dial is easy to use compared to the Samsungs which are more touch screen focused.

The app works well too and notifies you when washing cycles are finished.

It is noisier than you think but nothing like the old machine. I wouldn’t recommend for open plan living but if you have a utility room then fine.

Main downside is the tumble drier - while this works well and seems efficient, there is a small drying turbine in it that produces an annoying sound - it isn’t loud but more to do with the pitch. "

Decent but no remote start function

"The machine its self is good, but you can’t remote start it which is annoying! I have contacted lg for help but they just sent a generic response back that didn’t answer the question. But the wash and the dry is good. Just takes a while for them to dry. 2 hours min for clothes dry "

Quiet, Fast, Easy to Use

"Super easy to use, simple menu's and does a great job.

Really quiet, we have a small utility room but are now often forgetting to close the door and haven't noticed the machine."

A great washer dryer

"This is most likely the best washing machine we've ever had, and we've had a few over the past couple of decades! First thing we noticed was how quiet it is even on the 1400 rpm spin cycle. The number of programmes is excellent and having just returned from a 'caravan' holiday, the loads have been frequent and totally full, so the machine has had no time to relax either. The dryer is another excellent piece of machinery and as the weather has been somewhat on the 'damp' side, it's been used quite a bit too. (The fuel bill due next month will show how efficient and energy saving the machine has been compared to our last washer/dryer).

Still early days but from our experience so far I have to say I'm impressed and highly recommend this LG washer/dryer (the WiFi app is also a help with setting start times and letting you know when the programme has ended)"
