Stopped working after a week
"After it arrived we left is standing for 24hrs before turning on, all seemed ok initially. Then it stopped working after a week. Annoyingly this was just after we had filled it up. We had to through out all the food as a result. "

"Has a quality feel our previous John Lewis (actually an AEG) freezer did not. The drawers are better. The door latch is better. It is quieter too.
It is slighly larger than our old JohnLewis / AEG. Still a standard size, but I had to modify the undercounter space before it would fit. Be sure to measure carefully.
Only had it a month, so I can't comment on reliablity. The previous freezer lasted 14 years. I hope this one does too.
The app works but I don't see much point in it. "
