Poor design Cooker hood
"Bought this product as part of complete new kitchen refit. Extremely disappointed with performance. Due to design of the glass on angle, any steam that is produced, gathers and drips down onto cooking surface below . As I have had new induction hob,this was definitely not suitable.
I have had an engineer out from CDA who claimed that it was working,although he was sympathetic to the problem that he could see.
A video was sent to CDA technician. The return email was appalling suggesting I put lids on saucepans!!!!! and that steam rises differently with induction hobs!!!! Advice to customers. Do not buy this CDA extractor hood when you have induction hob. Also CDA customer service rated zero!"
