Disappointing for an LG product
"The dishwasher itself looks well built. The racks however are made for small cutlery and crockery. Your typical mug will not fit on the racks without overspilling into the next place setting. Stoneware plates are too thick for the small racks and if you put down every other rack holder they then lean too far and don't wash. I've yet to find a wash cycle that effectively washes everything properly that isn't over 3 hours long. The previous dishwasher that was half the price did it in half the time and was always clean. Sadly not worth the money. "

Disappointed with this LG product after buying so many great LG products
"Dish washer continually came up with error BE (soap build up) despite cleaning it out repeatedly. Engineer told us this was normal and LG was the only dishwasher manufacturer that had this sensor.
Suggested solution was to place a saucer of milk in the top of the washer and run it on a maintenance wash. We ended up doing this every few washes, costing us more in milk and electricity than running the dishwasher itself!
Eventually AO replaced it with an Hotpoint."
