Beautiful

"Bought this as a part of our kitchen renovation and it’s stunning.

Sticks out a bit further than it seems in the image, and the buttons will be fairly high up but these are minor points.

I’ve not set it up yet, so can’t comment about function / noise at this stage.

I’m expecting the slight protrusion from the wall and small filter there to give this a better impact in use than the angled one we’re replacing. "

Neff 900 tilted extraction unit

"I’m 5,7, at the minimum height I still could not reach the touch buttons so had to take product off wall. Left without an extraction over Xmas ????? as product could not be used but holes in my wall. I do not understand why NEFF put the touch buttons at top

Overall though I’ve wanted this for ages and disappointed I could not use it. It does look good.

When I called to return item there was no option to say for return, the operator told me he could not return it for that reason even though it had not been used another hassle. In the end I got my return. When delivered we opened the box it was thrown everywhere inside took lots of pictures incase of damage, on box it states to keep flat by pictures we received it on a trolley and the box was on its side, the front glass did not even have any wrapping on it, with luck it didn’t look damaged although still didn’t get chance to operate it hence my review overall a 1 "

Complicated…

"Product looks good; wall mounting was challenging for the fitter but also NEFF website misleading in terms of chimney extract vs recirculation options for this product. At point of install it became apparent the chimney was 3mm too high and I’ve had to remove it & pay £450 for a recirculation kit to convert ! No issue with AO - website was easy, post purchase comms were great and delivery seamless"

Great sleek look

"Happy with the item. Quieter than our last hood and it seems to do the job. Easy enough to fit with the wall template included. Nice sleek black appearance only dropped by one star as I think it may be difficult to keep clean all of the time "
