The wife loves it
"Pro's
The oven warms up very quickly to the required temperature. Oven light comes on automatically when opening the door.
Hobs is easy to use
Currently comes with a 5 year guarantee when you register through the SMEG website.
Con's:
Timer ringer is pittyfull, you have to be actually in the kitchen to hear it activating.
Issued manual does not cover enough detail when using the oven. The download pdf manual from the SMEG website does.
Rotisory is over complicated and will probably never get used.

Looks good, but some reservations
"Looks great, but built to a price not to a standard. First one delivered had to be replaced due to chipped enamel inside oven, which AO dealt with efficiently. Not had chance to use all the features yet, but seems to work as it should. Needlessly 'electronic' to operate it and has an annoying loud click in use (sounds like a relay cutting oven element in/out to control temperature). Pleased it has 5yr extended warranty, just in case.
Wife loves it of course!"

Stylish but not perfect
"Very stylish looking machine. Takes a while to work out how to use the oven to its full extent with so many options and modes operated by just 2 knobs. Gas hob burners do not always heat the thermocouples quickly, leading to burners going out when the knob is released. After a few days, 2 of the 6 thermocouples stopped working altogether, necessitating a callout for repair under warranty."
