"Having invested in a new Smeg range cooker we were looking for this item. We searched a number of online and shops. AO provided the best price and it arrived within a few days.
We first used the griddle to cook steak. It heated to a high temperature fairly quickly and maintained the temperature through out the cooking process. Steaks were cooked to our liking.
The griddle is made from cast iron which does make it heavy. "
