Spacious and efficient
"Spacious, with plenty of room for dishes created by a large family of 5. I like the separate top draw for cutlery and the allowance for different plate sizes in the allotted slots."

"I'm pleased with my new dishwasher. That new washing system it's great and wash dishes perfect. Have to spend some time to make all settings but overall it's easy to use. Compare to my old Sharp is very quite and I love it. There is some sound that it has but not all the time and not in all programmes but I can accept that. Good value for money "

High frequency noise
"I give it 1 star because I cannot give 0. This is the second dishwasher that we had for the same model. The first one was faulty. This one, the pump is not working properly and on top of that it makes a terrible noise. It is a high frequency noise and it took me 2 visits, quite a few calls to Beko, emails and even videos until one engineer came and he could hear it and determine what the problem was: the pump. Thankfully it was under 28 days old, so I think AO will give me a few options. I also read the same high frequency noise in different models. People said the same as me....they could not be in the same room ans had to run it during the night. So, no. I cannot recommed it at all. AO customer service has been helpful in the process."

Has malfunctioned twice within a few months of receiving it!
"I have also had a bad experience with this model. Less than a month after I got it, it would get stuck during a cycle. Engineer came and told me the heating element needed replacing, which seemed crazy to me for such a new appliance.
Then a couple of months later, it started tripping the circuit breaker on the longer cycles. Engineer came again, this time told me that there was an electrical insulation problem. Hopefully sorted now but he told me he'd dealt with a number of these models malfunctioning.
It's been a massive headache for something so expensive. I would avoid!"
