A great machine for its price

"It is a very good looking machine (this was a very important selling point for me, as its the first thing I see when I walk into my kitchen).

It's taken me a few washes to get used to, but I am falling in love with this machine! The top spin is quite loud, but it doesn't last long so doesn't bother me. I'm particularly impressed by the 45 minute wash and dry setting. I was really sceptical, but for small loads it fulfils on its promise. Heavier loads need extra drying time.

This is a great machine given the price point. Would recommend. "

Great purchase

"Great purchase, took a bit of time to get used to as we’ve always had separate appliances but once we sussed what was best for us it’s been a dream to use! Very quiet, washes and dries fantastic!"

Looks nice, takes ages to dry.

"Takes a loooong time to dry anything, not sure if this is normal for a washer dryer as this is the first time I’ve had one. Lots of different cycles which are taking a while to get used to. Looks nice and it is quiet. Remember to take the shipping bolts out!!! "

"A fantastic washer dryer.

Looks great in our utility room, and is quiet in operation, which is essential living in a bungalow.

Easy to use, once you have fathomed out the instructions.

The instructions could be a lot better than the single printed sheet, but that does not detract from the quality of the machine.

"Good product. It’s A rated which is good for the energy bills. It’s easy to use with plenty of washing cycles and drying cycles related to each type of wash. Looks good in my new kitchen."

Ok but not as good as older models from the same brand

"The wash cycle works well and the machine looks good. I prefer to take items out after a wash to air them out before beginning a separate dry cycle, but this wasn't that straightforward on this machine (I had an older model which allowed you to set dry cycles straight from the dial). On this newer version you have to select a wash cycle and press a 'dry only' button, but doing this on highest setting left clothes damp, which never happened with the older machine. Maybe this is to do with energy efficiency? Either way I'm not impressed.

Also, setting up the free warranty was painful: the giant sticker on the machine is clearly just to get you to sign up to their paid premium plan, and the guy on the phone didn't even ask me if I wanted it - in the end he just said "so how should I take your payment?" then angrily hung up when I said I only wanted the free cover. "
