"I had an older LG from about 2016 and upgraded to this one. Initially I wasn’t going to go for another LG because my old one developed a ‘ blue’ look overall which I couldn’t shift, so decided not to have one with all LED again. This model however fitted the bill as it has fewer LEDs and more newer tech together with AI … it was also a reasonable price. So far I am very pleased with it. I chose a 50” as I didn’t want it to dominate my living room and it fits perfectly, lovely colours and picture. Had to adjust the sound to my liking but o/w very happy with this purchase. Let’s hope it stays that way ??. AO were excellent. They phoned me before arrival. I paid for disposal and the men who brought it also set it up for me. I have to tune in terrestrial TV yet but I am on Sky …so could watch from the minute they left? Excellent service."

Great product, little support

"Great picture and sound. No instructions on setting it up other than online, so when the tuning didn't work there were no steps provided on what to do. Went online for a manual (v little help), then did livechat and they were no help, telling me there was a problem with my signal (although it worked perfectly with my other TV only hours earlier). Tried again later in the day and got the same response. Figured it out myself eventually but it was a hassle."
