Not for an older person really.
"Whilst the TV has a good puicture the sound is not brilliant as it changes quite dramatically when using HMD and is very muted. Also it is not particularly user friendly as the print is quite small for the instructions and it is continually switching to app mode when we haven't asked it too.
It took us 3 days to discover how to access the HMD unit we have but eventually we found it by trail and error. Not recommended for the older persons, purely because the signage is very small."

"Bought this for my mother, so that she could stream and watch her favourite programs to suit her. She got used to the apps menu and remote in no time, and is getting rid of sky saving her money and will get pay back in 3 or 4 months. She is 84 and now in the digital age. Great easy to use product."

Oh my! A really great 43” LG tv
"Oh my! What a transformation from my “ancient” 15 yr-old LG 4K tv to this new LG telly! Technology has really improved this century. Same brand, same size screen, BUT, much better amount of apps, much better remote control (yes a magic one with cursor), and far superior lifelike colours on-screen, etc etc. Oh I love this tv and you will too (my only gripe, like others say, is the lack of start-up instructions, but you soon “get the hang of it). I chose a “centre-support-stand” for this 43” model, rather than two legs, as it gives better support on the tv display unit. All in all, a really great appliance with an excellent offer price. P.S. love the “airplay and mirroring” and extra USB’s and three HDMI’s too. "

New LG tv to replace old Samsung which had a few failed led backlights
"Great picture and guided through the initial setting up.
Connected to wifi, freesat recorder box and 4K blue ray inputs.
Also connected to digital output to sound bar.
Lack of instructions apart from assembly and plugging in all the connections Had to download instructions for the magic remote.
Full instructions for all the features and adjustments only available to read online. "
