Rubbish controls panel
"Looks great but the controls are really difficult to use - the instructions (I actually had to read them) are no help at all so I’m left fumbling with the controls still a month on trying to work out how they work. Not great Hoover. I only bought this one because of the name and I hoped ease of use. Shame as it looks really good. "

"Looks great, but the controls are very unresponsive, and when you do manage to get it working, it's extremely noisy. There doesn't seem to be a low setting, it's just full blast, like there's a jet taking off in your kitchen. Oh, and the instructions are absolutely useless. "
