Had it 1 week and already issues with this product.
There is no JUST DRAIN OPTION button for the excess water.
In order to drain the water, you have to go via a rinse cycle, which takes 29 MINUTES???
What a waste of electricity and water. In addition, the drainage out option pipe at the front of the machine, has NO groves to insert finger or non sharp item.
Because of this, you have to use a sharp item, which could scratch the machine, and affect warranty and return option.
What smart person designed this machine?
Also, Candy customer service agent customer service was APPALLING.
Having to listen to a pre recorded message about NOT being rude to staff, they should have the same for it's customers, as the agent kept talking over me, until I requested a data subject request of the call and CEO details and had to request if I could speak.
