Don't know how long you can leave water in it or if you need to drain down if not used over a few days, can't see the answer to this but I'm maybe not looking properly"

"The water dispenser box is bit tricky to get out and back in and hasn't worked, ie. was leaking on the outside of the fridge so awaiting a new one which hopefully will work. The shelves on the door are not as easy to get out like my old fridge. The motor is quiet. The light inside the fridge is quite bright, would have preferred a warmer light.
Plenty of room in the fridge with a big pull out drawer
No frost which is good. Wish I had have known before I ordered that the sides of the fridge are textured and not smooth like the front as not so keen.
