"I was looking for the best 50inch TV for the price and after much consideration between this and various OLED TVs and a Samsung Mini LED I ended up going with the cheap option (this TCL) and well I’m not disappointed it’s a really good TV and at this price you can’t go wrong, the display is stunning the colours and blacks are extremely good for a mid range TV sure it might not be quite and OLED but it’s definitely up there and could very much compete with TVs over £1000! If I was going to pick out anything that’s been disappointing is that in the box TCL is offering something (I believe a Roku stick) to overcome the fact that iPlayer and a few others are missing from Google TV but after messaging them a couple of weeks ago I’ve heard nothing which is disappointing."

The instructions recommend taking extreme care when unpacking and mounting to stand - this was valuable advice."
