"The Apple Airpods Pro 2 are my first set of Apple headphones. The sound quality is excellent. I was surprised by the clarity for a set of earbuds. The connectivity with my iPhone was incredibly easy. The feature set is great. Transparency mode works well to minimize loud background sounds while allowing you to clearly hear your environment. I was impressed by the upgraded active noise cancelling. It worked well right out of the box with no adjustment to the silicone tips. I haven't yet used them on a call, so I can't speak to how my voice comes through on the other end. Conversation awareness is another great feature that automatically lowers the volume of what you are listening to if you begin conversing with someone. Once you finish, it raises the volume back to the prior level. Of course, there is a slight delay, particularly if the conversation is started by the other person, but it is a great feature overall. The only real challenge I have noticed so far is the size of the Airpods. They are quite compact with a very short stem. This will require some getting used to since the touch controls reside on the stems. Of course, you can use Siri to work around using the touch controls if you prefer. The additional ability to answer or not answer calls by nodding or shaking your head is a really nice feature if you are in a situation when you don't want to speak out loud. My only complaints are they can be a little difficult to take out of the magsafe case, particularly if you have big fingers. Additionally, the battery life could be longer, especially when using active noise cancelling. While the 6 hour life with ANC on is good, it would be great if you could get 9 hours to cover an entire work day without needing to put them back in the charging case. All in all, the Apple Airpods Pro 2 is a great product that I would highly recommend."
