"The freezer is great very happy with that but unfortunately the delivery fell far short of what we paid for. It was 8-8.30pm before it came although we paid £20 for a delivery with a 3 hour slot. AO haven't even apologised or offered a delivery refund. With having a slot I went to the shops near the end of the slot and had several frozen products that I was waiting to transfer to the freezer. "
