"Had my washer dryer for a few weeks now so have basic knowledge of the programmes, and so far so good. I was worried about changing from 2 separate machines to a single one but it's saved me space and not given me any issues. I chose Hisense because of the good reviews and the 2 year warranty. Registering the warranty on the phone was quick and simple. There's a good variety of wash options but there doesn't seem too many options for drying (only). I just use the dryer for underwear and towels, though, so it suits me fine. Personally I feel the instruction booklet could be better laid out and a little clearer (particularly the wording on automatic dispensing). I like this feature now that I know how to use it. There are many features I will likely never use including the bluetooth connection. The machine looks good and accessible parts i.e. detergent drawer, door etc. seem robust. A small niggle - the detergent drawer hits off the machine door if the machine door is open, so you must fill the drawer before or after you load clothes. Also, the powder compartment is small and at the back of the drawer, so messy to fill. I particularly like that I can add a forgotten item at any point in the cycle, pending safe water levels and temperature. Overall, I'm happy with the machine and look forward to using more programmes."
