"For the size of the product the drum is quite large and loading and unloading is easy. The installation was easy no need for a plumber and only a few packing screws needed to be removed from the back. My only issue with the washer isn't actually the washer its with the app for the washer. The app is a bit cumbersome to use and is only needed for doing very specific types of wash e.g low spin cycle but high heat or similar. Other than the app being difficult the washer is great. For the price this is definitely a great washer."
