"Delivered on 28/11/23. Appeared to be working well for 13 months. Broke down on 28/12/24 due to leak of coolant from evaporator tray pipework caused by corrosion. Contacted AO and they contacted Fridgemaster who are not interested. Fridgemaster offered to send out an engineer at my cost. I called a local fridge engineer who stated not repairable as water from the evaporator tray has probably already got into the compressor oil and further damage done. The average life expectancy of an American style fridge freezer in the UK is 10 - 15 years. This one lasted 13 months. Very disappointed. This pipe should not have corroded and I feel more should have been done to rectify the situation by Fridgemaster. I await to see what AO will come up with. Would not recommend Fridgemaster or Hisense products for this reason. "
