"Poor design of the upper drawer, if in the standard low position then the spraying arm cannot effectively flood the detergent compartment, this resulting in the soap pods remaining intact at the end of the cycle. To clarify, I am using the recommended pods. To resolve the issue, I had to move the upper drawer to its highest position. The pods now are correctly dissolved but the upper drawer capacity is severely limited. I would not buy this machine again and I am missing my old Kenwood."
