"I chose this because it appeared to have very simple workings to it…..going by pictures on the internet. I did not want loads of tech stuff to have to understand! That was absolutely right….only I do find that I actually have not got enough information as to what is happening in each cycle. I use the ‘mixed’ cycle a lot. But I don’t know what that means actually. I can find the temperature and also the spin speed, but no where does it tell me how many rinses there are happening I this. I rang the helpline for Bosch. Still waiting for them to ring back. I guess the only way is to sit and watch it and count!! I am using the ‘extra spin’ button, but maybe I don’t need it. Otherwise this machine is good, and simple!!"

Has the features I need and as with most modern machines let's you know how long a cycle will take which is useful."

Machine washes well good selection of programs very quiet when running. Had to check it was actually on first time we used it as our old machine was very noisy.

"So far so good. Seems like a solid product. Good selection of programs including the 15/30/60mintues. Quiet operations, even on the highest spin. Kudos to AO’s delivery staff that got it up my narrow staircase"
