"I've used the product several times now and find it easy to use. I haven't used the grill yet so can't comment on it, but there is a metal guard (supplied) to be used with the grill to prevent the control knobs getting too hot. I haven't heard of anyone having one of these accessories before so I don't know if it's strictly necessary. Overall I'm well pleased with the product."
