The lower tray is designed back to front with the cutlery basket at the back, so have to pull it all the way out to put a teaspoon in. That also means large items go at the front, so every time it means having to pull the door all the way down, pull the tray all the way out even to put a small plate in.
The top tray is dreadful too, with so many spikes & set positions its makes it unusable for more than a few items.
Sure it looks great with a carefully arranged dinner service, just doesnt work for normal family life!
