"It's a reasonably good, if slightly basic, washing machine, although it does have a fairly quiet spin and it’s very capacious.
The rapid option can only be used on a handful of the programs which is limiting, though I find it useful for the Synthetics program as it reduces it’s time from 3 hours to 90 minutes. Likewise, you can only add an additional rinse and spin onto a few of the programs – annoyingly it can’t be added onto the 45 minute wash program (which also only allows temperate options of 20C/30C/40C) and to run the separate rinse and spin program takes a full 55 minutes.
I’ve had it just over 3 months and the icon on the temperature button has almost completely worn off already, which is disappointing – I had my last washing machine 10 years and that never happened with any of the buttons. "
