"This washer dryer does a good job...in small doses and takes a very long time. I wish there was a custom setting, but you can only use the programmed options available. "

"I would give this 4.5 stars but there is no option and 4 feels harsh but 5 is too much. As someone who has never used a washer-dryer before, this is a great machine, however, I do feel like the controls could be better - hence not giving it full 5 stars.
The cycles are long which took me by surprise as my old machine had shorter cycles but apparently this is something new machines do as it's better for the environment so that is something to be conscious of, lest you get a shock like me. Everything comes out clean, even on the lowest settings and the dryer function is very good. Thought changing to a combo machine would have been a nightmare but I really like it. "

"Clothes are very creased, could do with an anticrease operation. I had a seperate Hotpoint washing machine and dryer with anticrease, so this one is taking a little getting used to.
