"Our old Samsung American style fridge freezer died after 14 years, though apart from a new ice making component a few years ago worked perfectly for the whole time.
We are really pleased with the new one, it is an updated model and whilst being exactly the same size seems a lot bigger inside!"
"Bought to replace 18 year old Samsung American Fridge Freezer which had finally died. New one looks great & well designed & hopefully will last as long. Only issue doors are a lot deeper, so needs to sit further forward, so beware when measuring. "
"All is good, though its only been in 2 weeks. Stylish functional quiet and uses less electric than our old Samsung American that was 14 yrs. Very airy and light. The old Samsung did not rely on switching between water & ice you could get both mechanically, now its all electric which I find a downside. To register you have to connect the fridge freezer to the internet to register the product an app. I personally am not of the type to want to control remotely my fridge so found it more of a pain to do this!
Size wise the same as our old one but much heavier.We had to help the delivery guys get it in through the patio doors as it weighs in as 140KG and they could not have done it alone. "
"Seems nicely made, looks good, and appears to be more efficient than our old Siemens one.
Be aware that it’s designed to lean back very slightly, so it looks slightly weird when viewed from the side compared to vertical lines in the kitchen.
Water filter is external so needs to be accommodated somewhere (but a lot of people apparently just have it lying on top of the fridge out of sight)"
"So far so good! We had another fridge/freezer from Samsung before this one, and lasted about 15 years. We hope it is going to be the same with this. The delivery guys troubled a lot to get it in the house. so make sure you have enough space not only were you have to put it, but it can also pass through the doors. They will not remove the doors."
"A great purchase, boasting lots more room and a better overall design from the model we replaced (a 10+ year old Samsung American FF). Quiet and boasting better efficiency too. Very happy!"
