"Definitely seems roomier than our previous Samsung Fridge Freezer (2015 model), without occupying more space. Thinner doors/panels and moving the filter to outside the fridge helps.
I thought the water filter would be a pain as it sits outside the fridge now, but it was easy enough to find where to put it (a cabinet next to it or above it both worked for us), but also worth knowing that the fridge is very easy to move in and out of position as it sits on wheels, so having it behind the fridge was also an option and not too difficult to change every 6 months as it slides out quite easily.
Colour is not black, it's more like a brushed dark graphite black, which we really like and prefer.
