"Really like this fridge freezer. Plenty of room in both sections. Mostly quiet with the odd gurgling sound, but not an issue. I would prefer handle on the doors but that is personal preference.
Lovely brushes steel frontage and bright lights inside.
Only slight issue is that some food products turn icy in bottom of salad boxes, hence 4 stars.
Overall a lovely fridge freezer. "

I received excellent service from AO.com.
I am delighted with my new fridge freezer and am confident that I made the absolute right choice after doing much research. This included finding the company which offered the best deal. I am pleased I went through AO.com for the great customer service they provided in answering my queries over the telephone, and I would definitely use them again in the future.
As a final note, in an age in which so much customer service is being transferred to the internet and telephone responses are increasingly robotic, it is of the utmost importance, in my mind, to retain the human dialogue. Not only do customers prefer to speak to real people who can help them on a personal level, rather than a robot, but there is a wider danger that we lose the connection that defines us as human beings. AO.com is an example of demonstrating great customer care on a human level, which should be valued and which I hope they will keep.

"Brilliant size, sleek and clean looking, but extremely difficult to reverse the door opening. Bottom of the unit is foam filled, meaning the reversible holes are filled up, making it a mission to amend. "
