"Washing cycles go on way longer than the time on the control panel - sometimes not ending at all. The countdown timer keeps going up during the cycle! Once it gets through the rinse cycles, cross your fingers for the spin. Last load, the spin cycle moved between 15 mins and 12 mins remaining for over 2 hours before having to stop it.
I guess Samsung would say it's not loaded properly but it happens every time - never had this problem with a washing machine before. I guess the electronics are just "too clever". Oh, and the main washing powder drawer always has a clump of powder left afterwards."

"Lovely quite machine on spin, washes the clothes great . My old machine sounded like a Boeing 747 was coming in to land when it went into spin mode. Highly recommend this washing machine.
