"First time I have purchased a Samsung washing machine. Having had a few reliable Samsung televisions , I decided after a recommendation to buy a Samsung Washer.
I am very pleased with my purchase. It is easy to
use and the spinning is silent. "
"This machine was faulty from day one of purchase, Samsung openly admit there is a common fault with this. A quick wash set for 15 minutes takes hours as the machine constantly turns off and on. When set on a 1 hour programme it takes nearly 7 hours to complete and still doesn’t wash properly. This is not fit for purpose I would seriously advise looking at another manufacturer as still being sold even though aware of the issue. Who expects to buy a brand new machine and then have to have a repair man come and fix it? If you buy this expect to own a re-conditioned appliance with fear of what else will go wrong with it. "

"Fantastic washing machine. There are cheaper manufacturers but our last Samsung machine lasted 15 years so we decided to buy another one.
Very easy to set up and level.
Very quiet when on a 1400rpm spin and doesn't move.
Recommend 100%."
"I was on the wall due to the price and sceptical regarding the energy rating, But have been pleasantly surprised! The washing feels and smells a lot fresher and the best part for myself is that although it's not silent, but it is really quiet. My office is next to the kitchen, and I no longer need to go somewhere quieter when this machine does it's spin cycle. Game changer!"
"Only negative noticed so far is requirement to run a 'hot' drum-clean cycle after a fixed number of washes."
