"The machine worked well to start with. Then gradually the time of the wash was taking longer and longer. The machine then started to cut out and would not drain or spin and became very noisy.
Turns out it was a software error . The software was out of date and this is a common issue.
Surely products should not be sold to the consumer with a known software issue .
I would not purchase a Samsung washing machine again !

"We searched through several washing machines. We had a Hoover, it broke down twice so that narrowed down our list. My early searches was for Bosch, my favoured manufacturer. We came across this Samsung, large 11k drum, steam feature, and many of the normal features, 5 year guarantee, if applied for. All taken into consideration We purchased this from AO, great delivery."
"Does the job well. Loads of different programs, most of which I’ll never use but the options are there. Great big drum. What more can you say, family of four has lots of washing and this does it all. "
