"It's easy to use with a good range of wash types.
This model can be used with a smartphone, but I don't use that option.
The main eco programme is long- too long for my needs.
There's a degree of adjustment for the wash time if you change the settings for the programme- if the washing only needs a lighter washing- press the wash symbol until the number you prefer appears, though some programmes have more, plus a cold option.
Although it is an 11kg machine, not all the programmes can run with that weight. But, the display does show the maximum weight for your chosen programme.
For a large family, this is a good size and does reduce the number of loads you need to do.
The 1400 spin speed does force any loose hairs toward the glass part of the door, or leaves it at the bottom on the door seal when you open the door after the wash programme completes.
Haven't needed to clean the drain filter behind the bottom panel yet, but this was always a weak point in our previous 8kg Samsung ecobubble which we eventually wore out.
I'm not keen on the little tune the machine plays at the end, but it's shorter and less high-pitched than our previous Samsung, so I can live with it. I like the 'Hello' message when you turn the machine on.

"An amazing machine, much better than my previous one. Extremely silent when running and the noises it makes when finished help to notify me of the status of the machine. The door shuts softly and is overall just a great machine with a decent sized load. Really would suggest."
