"This was an upgrade from our old, different brand washing machine that was 10 years old. I found it very easy to get used to the functions of this Samsung washing machine, it's highly intuitive and learns over time what your most used programmes are and shuffles them to the front of the display so you don't have to scroll through so many programmes, and there are loads! It's also easy to download the app and make changes to the displayed programmes and settings, adding extra rinses, changing temperature etc. The machine is extremely quiet and I love the fact that you can pause at any time and open the door. I've found it useful to use a net bag for liquid washing capsules and colour catching sheets as these tend to get thrown into the door seal if you just put them in loose. The machine has lots of sounds that can be switched off, but I like them. One thing I would have chosen is to have a white door, but it seems most machines have switched to black doors now. So far I'm very happy; let's hope it lasts as long as my old machine."
