"Oh my goodness, this washing machine is fabulous! It’s practically silent whilst running, the clothes come out beautifully clean especially if you use the extra bubble feature. Although the spin speed (1400) is less than my last machine which was a 1600 the clothes still feel as dry to me. I love the gadgetiness of being able to tweak the wash cycles via the app. I’ve also linked it to my Alexa and set it up to remind me to fill up the dose dispenser when it’s empty or purchase more washing liquid. I’m literally trying to find more clothes to wash as I’m enjoying the experience so much. If there was one negative it’s aimed solely at Samsung as there was no written password for the machine in the set up guide when setting it up for linking it to my Wi-Fi and I had to resort to asking the internet for the answer. I would definitely recommend the machine for its outstanding cleaning results so far."
"We're pretty happy with our purchase, it's nice and silent on wash and spin cycles. There does appear to be lots of stuff we're unlikely to use but it does what we want. The extended warranties are worthwhile for sure. The only slight gripe is the water temperatures although saving energy don't seem to be getting warm enough and the lower spin speeds does mean the washing comes out wetter than we'd like. Would we buy it again? I think so, the extra 11kg load is most useful."
"Excellent. Price was my reservation here but bought cos friends recommended it. Spin dries at 1400rpm better than my old 1600rpm machine reducing tumble dryer costs, clothes are not as creased so less ironing, saving a fortune on wash liquid and softener with auto dose, (yet the clothes are cleaner and fresher!) And 'A' rated so my smart meter doesn't go into overdrive with each wash either. As my friend's say Samsung are long lasting machines (10 yrs+) and I'm saving money on each wash I am very pleased financially and the clothes are coming out smelling, looking and feeling great. Love it. The musical jingle at the end has to be heard to be believed but can be switched off!"
