"Been using for about a month now. Fine machine, replaces an ancient Hotpoint Ultima machine. Some of the cycles are long, no two ways about that, and no idea why. Doesnt seem to do more than the older Hotpoint it replaced. There are ways to shorten them a bit but not by much. Point i also learned with the old machine is not to run a dry cycle immediately after a wash, towels came out like they'd been picked off a teenagers bedroom floor. But, if you let the wash finish, fluff them, then dry them its actually quicker doing these two separate cycles than one combined one. Other than that, its not too noisy and once you get the hang of the controls its not too tricky to use. Think I'll only be using one or two of the programmes anyway. An option to programme favourites (e.g. spin spped, temp, etc could be good). Solid 4/5 though. "
