"Having bought this as an alternative to using a tumble dryer (ours broke) I’ve found it tricky to use. I expected the same result as our old washing machine & tumble dryer. But it works so differently. The cycles are quite long in comparison - anything from 5 to 9 hours! The really quick ones don’t wash that well & leave the laundry hot & wet. If you dry to cupboard dry there’s a lot of creasing. I will get used to it but worth knowing for someone migrating from washer & tumble dryer to an all in one. "
