Has to be hardwired to a fused spur or the outlet in the cavity where the old oven came out. If in any doubt always use a qualified electrician.
too many options for me I turn Knob to 3Oclock position which i think is fan oven for everything.
Finish is a good standard so I expect to get 10 years use out of it."
