"Fridge freezer was delivered damaged at the back and although we had the option to send it back we'd all ready turned off and defrosted the old one for the AO recycling option. AO insist on this or will charge extra according to the email. You're told this the day before collection rather than at time of purchase.
We also paid for the fridge freezer to be unpacked and "installed". Some of the packing was left on the road in front of the house and installation didn't include turning the door around.

"I am very impressed with its performance. It needs very little clearance for air flow, and it runs so quietly. It has plenty of capacity and more functions than we're ever likely to use. The photos also don't do it justice. The brushed steel panels are lovely."
