"As all the information states, it does take longer to dry your washing than a conventional vented or condenser drier, but it’s cheaper to run, quieter than my old condenser and there’s far less condensation whilst using it.
The amount of available drying programs seems a bit mind blowing at first and the instructions aren’t the clearest, but with a bit of trial and error you’ll get there.
All in all I’m very happy with it, reasonable price and does the job. "
"Tumble Dryer just arrived last week so only used twice - once for a quick 30 min cycle to fluff up towels and today for a fairly full load of shirts, boxers etc. Thought I would find the controls difficult to use after having a fairly straightforward Hotpoint dryer with only a simple timer dial. However, today I just chose the symbol for 'shirts' and set it to the 'sun' setting which said it would take 1 hr 27mins. When the cycle was finished, the laundry was perfectly dry and fairly uncreased. Very impressed. My old dryer would have taken well over 2 hrs and then still have been damp. Was also impressed with how quiet the dryer was compared to my old one - which was only marginally quieter than a jumbo jet!! Also liked the water container in the door which was very easy to empty - likewise the fluff filter. Overall, so far very pleased with my purchase and also with AO"

"Very happy with new dryer, no more condensation in our utility room which is a massive plus and I don't think clothes take much longer to dry as I had heard, also water tank in the door is very clever idea ??. "

"So far so good, bit unclear on the dial as to which programme is which but easily worked out using the instruction manual or the app. Obviously takes a bit longer than a conventional vented drier that I had previously but the cost savings make up for that. "
