"Always used to store our wine in a normal open rack at room temp, and would never really have considered a product like this before the recent hot spell, which threatened to play havoc with some of our finer wines. So we took the plunge, and do not regret it one bit. Although you can take the temp quite low, this is a bit different from a fridge, in that you can control the temperature to lower room temperature levels like 12 deg C, which is ideal for storing reds as well as whites. After a month or so in use, we wouldn't go back to an open rack. Excellent product."
