"We ordered a Samsung bespoke fridge/freezer which was damaged by the delivery firm employed by Samsung - to make matters worse the fridge wasn't as good as we were expecting. Samsung didn't have any more in stock so we bought this Bosch fridge freezer from AO instead. Firstly the fridge freezer is much, much better than the Samsung one - more space inside, better cooling and also the drawers are designed to pull out easily even if the door is opened against a wall. Genuinely pleased the Samsung one was damaged as this is much better. Also the AO delivery team were much more careful with the product and made sure they didn't damage our carpets or flooring while delivering the Bosch. Overall excellent service and highly recommended."
