"Firstly the product is a fridge freezer and it works. The water dispenser though doesn’t dispense !!! I’ve called and been told to try and adjust the valve myself …. I’ve been at work …. Busy… so not yet had the opportunity to given it a try ?
But what really upsets me is I raised my issues with the delivery experience on the day, and no one has bothered to call, enquire, to apologise …. Just nothing, total radio silence."
