"I had such high hopes for this product and it looks great but it's more like a toy. It's tiny! I even had to but new plates because my current ones would not fit. I was not in a position to return the item as I have a small child so have made do for now. It's not as powerful as my previous microwave but its fine for now. It would be perfect for someoke with limted space but would say this is not for someone who uses their microwave regularly or needs something high powered. Sadly I did not read the small print and made a bit of a panick buy - lesson learnt! "
