"Awful product lasted 12 months then flames came out and Hisense refused to replace it. Terrible customer service would never buy from them again. "

"first one delivered none of the buttons worked, this had to be retuned which required going through Hisense which was a little inconvenient considering it was faulty out of the box and required a fair bit of admin form me.
replacement now fitted and all seems fine. Its a basic Microwave but it does a job."
