Not so good- really long cycles and you can't shorten them in anyway which is not useful for a busy household. Yes it has a 15min cycle but that is only for a very small load. Wouldn't buy again."

"Overall its a good machine, the washing does come out cleaner than my old machine. The wash cycles however are long, most 2 hours plus, without an option to shorten them. The steam cycle is only at the end of a very long wash which was not what I wanted, I wanted the steam freshen up to be a stand alone cycle, gutted really as I would not have picked this machine if I had known. I have a large family and that steam cycle really does reduce ironing time."
