"Thoven is excellent the induction hob ie excellent the grill sounds like a helicoptor taking off. After many phone calls to both AO and Becko at a great inconvenience to myself. A so called engineer came and bent the grill element and said there you go it s ok now. Such a talented man I'm furious. The customer service young lady suggested that the noise was caused by incorrect installation and maybe I hadn't levelled the oven with the ground and that if Id used an AO installer I wouldn't be in the predicament I'm in. I despair at the lack of knowledge of these people. I know this wont be read as I've broken the rules below. "

"Lovely quality oven.
This is a lovely sleek appliance amazing because it has a top oven as well as bottom, this is our first ever induction hob oven and I love how easy it is to keep clean, smooth and quick cooking and really doesn't take up a lot of space, but despite its slim size you can fit a lot in it and I love the amount of shelves that come with this.
i and my partner are blind so took some little adapting with the aid of sticky backed rubber bumps for the hob controls and oven nobs, but now we have done this we can use it with much more ease. Really happy with how this product works, looks like it will last for many years and me and the family are going to enjoy many lovely cooked nils and treats from this oven, so apart from having to adapt it after being told it had physical buttons to control the appliance we love it! despite this thank you for such a lovely quality item in this range! A lovely new addition to our new home! Would definitely recommend this to others. "
