"Had the delivery / installation team install the tumble dryer, and they couldn't get it working, ended up leaving after fiddling around with it for 20 minutes and left me having to call up to get an engineer out.
I'm sure if it did work it could be nice, but until then it's just a beeping machine that's taking up space."

"Only used this product 2 times so far but is definitely cheaper to run than last dryer according to my smart meter I normally do one load of drying but I did 2 and was over a £1 cheaper also my kitchen does not get like a sauna now so a win win for me"

"So far (we’ve had it a week), I’ve been impressed. I like the fact that it automatically stops once the clothes are dry which saves time and energy. It has been accurate in doing this and the programme is often much shorter than it suggests. The light in the drum is a nice feature too. Plenty of useful settings. Looks good. Too soon to know on energy efficiency. We bought the 9kg size drum. It feels very big and with hindsight we would have been fine with 8kg (family of 4 but we tend to keep our colours separate so never a huge load to put in)."
"My first heat pump dryer and I was concerned about how effective it would be and how long it would take. Needless worry! This 9kg Beko is brilliant, dries well even on the shorter time settings - "cupboard dry" means just that, I can't imagine I will ever need to use the extra or extra extra dry settings! Not noisy either, and the towel setting is brilliant, towels, bathrobe and even my fleeces have come out fluffier than they've been since I bought them. Bought with special offer but it would be worth the full price easily. Really pleased with the purchase. "
